About Giselle Mazmanian

Giselle Mazmanian joined Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox after nearly a decade as a senior
associate in environmental, energy, and natural resources law at a leading Canadian firm in
Toronto. Drawing on her prior work as an environmental scientist and engineering consultant,
Giselle brings technical insight and a scientific perspective to her legal practice. She helps
clients assess risk, develop practical strategies, and build strong legal and technical positions.
Giselle’s practice spans a wide range of environmental matters, including CERCLA site studies
and remedies, RCRA waste management, regulatory compliance, permitting, environmental
litigation, and the environmental aspects of strategic acquisitions, real estate transfers, and
development projects. Giselle also regularly advises on cross-border issues such as managing
environmental liability, environmental transactional due diligence, and evolving PFAS
