About Sarah P. Tacker
Sarah Page Tacker focuses her practice on guiding clients through complex regulatory approvals representing public utilities before state and federal agencies including the Arkansas Public Service Commission and the Division of Environmental Quality. She represents clients in utility- and energy-related litigation, enforcement actions, and regulatory proceedings. Her practice includes advice on infrastructure development projects associated with public utilities and compliance with environmental regulations. She frequently advises clients on legislative and public policy matters in the areas of environmental compliance and utility regulation.
About Jessica Edens
Jessica Fontenot Edens joined PPGMR Law in October of 2019. In 2015, Jessica graduated summa cum laude from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. At the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, she served as an Associate Editor of the UA Little Rock Law Review and as the President of the Hispanic Law Students Association. She graduated cum laude with top papers in Criminal Law and Legislative Drafting.
Before starting at PPGMR, Jessica worked in policy and legislation at the local and state government levels.
