Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox (MGKF) is pleased to announce the launch of its Superfund Allocation Practice, led by Robert “Robb” Fox, a widely respected CERCLA practitioner known for his experience and judgment in complex site allocations. “My focus as an allocator is on fairness, transparency, and practicality – grounding each allocation in the real-world legal and technical realities of the site,” says Fox.

Fox brings decades of experience in complex, multi-party Superfund disputes. He has litigated CERCLA cases nationwide, represented clients in some of the most complex allocations in the country, taught Superfund law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School for nearly 30 years, and testified before the U.S. Senate on CERCLA issues.
