Ken Podpeskar concentrates his practice on compliance counseling, spill reporting, remediation, auditing, property transfers, and solid and hazardous waste issues. Before becoming an attorney, Ken worked as an engineer for eight years at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Prior to joining The Environmental Law Group, Ken was a partner at Oppenheimer Wolff and Donnelly LLP and co-founder of Bloomberg & Podpeskar LLP. He also was an adjunct professor of environmental law at William Mitchell College of Law.
