Nick DiMascio is a senior associate and rising star at Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell.  Before joining the Firm, Nick was an appellate attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).  At DOJ, he represented federal agencies as lead counsel on appeal in more than 40 civil and criminal cases concerning virtually every major federal environmental and natural resources statute.  Nick clerked for federal district and circuit court judges in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from Duke University School of Law.
