Mr. Rose, a shareholder in the firm, advises clients on compliance with federal and state environmental laws and regulations. He represents business clients before federal and New Mexico agencies and federal and state courts on environmental permitting, rulemaking and enforcement matters. Mr. Rose has been with firm since 1992. Prior to joining the firm, he represented the New Mexico Environment Department for 16 years. Mr. Rose received the Weiler/Watts Award for Professionalism in 2016 from the New Mexico Mining Association and the Outstanding Service Award in 2017 from the New Mexico Association of Commerce and Industry.
